Commerce Courtyard is a referral-based housing community for individuals who income qualify and are homeless or special needs. The referring agency for Commerce Courtyard is Salvation Army’s Housing Assessment Program (HAP).  Contact them directly at 2-1-1 or 1-800-887-1107 to complete an initial assessment.  (Note: Rent is based on 30% of income.)
